We are currently hiring a Project Marketing Manager based out of our Hamilton, Brisbane office.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager - QLD, this role will see you lead Queensland-focused marketing initiatives while contributing to broader national strategies, supporting both greenfield and active residential lifestyle communities across the state.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end marketing initiatives for Queensland development communities, combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution to elevate Ingenia Lifestyle’s market presence
- Lead and implement integrated marketing strategies tailored to local community needs, ensuring alignment with national campaigns and the overarching brand vision
- Develop and manage comprehensive marketing plans using data insights from lead quality, sales funnel performance, and market trends to generate qualified traffic and improve conversion outcomes
- Coordinate the production and deployment of marketing assets across digital, print, and event channels, supporting brand awareness, lead nurturing, community engagement, and sales enablement
- Oversee day-to-day marketing operations, including budget management, campaign tracking, reporting, and administrative tasks to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, development teams, and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless campaign execution across all touchpoints

About You

- 5+ years in marketing, ideally within property, with a strong grasp of campaign delivery, project launches, and agency collaboration.
- Skilled in CRM systems, eDM builders, CMS platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- Able to interpret customer insights, market trends, and competitor data to shape effective marketing strategies and drive process improvements.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and foster a positive, high-performing culture aligned with Ingenia’s values.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with travel to sites, managing multiple priorities and adapting to evolving business needs.
