Reporting to the Residential Manager at St Peters Lane Cove, you will be providing clinical leadership and support to the clinical and personal care teams.

About the Role:

- Ensuring high-quality clinical care is provided to residents at all times, as per the Aged Care quality Standards and CHL policy and procedures
- Providing leadership and coaching to the clinical and support teams to ensure the delivery of quality resident outcomes
- Working in a safe manner, closely following all policies and procedures, including IPC, ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Working as 2 nd in charge to the Residential Manager

To be successful in this role you'll need

- A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
- Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
- Comprehensive Clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age – related health issues
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety
- Previous experience working within a Residential Aged care setting in a similar role
- Strong coaching/training skills and the ability to influence others
- Strong customer centric approach to business
- Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
