About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Registered Nurse who has a passion for providing holistic care and support.

  • Provide oversight on the care needs of our clients, liaising with staff, health and service providers as necessary.
  • Offer specialist guidance to our team, showcase your leadership skills and ultimately, enhance the lives of the people we support.
Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical assessment and care planning
  • Guiding and supporting healthcare workers and enrolled nurses
  • Prioritising and managing workloads according to clients' needs
Requirements
  • Current APHRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Ability to seek out and utilise new knowledge as it relates to nursing practices
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical assessment and care planning

You will be working in a community-based role that allows you to make a genuine difference in people's lives.
