Our client is a diverse property development, management and construction group involved in major commercial, industrial, residential and retail projects.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the financial compliance and reporting of a portfolio of the group’s divisional accounts, working closely with divisional operations managers, who as non-financial stakeholders, will need your input to assist with their decision-making. You will also be able to provide day-to-day assistance to their property management and owner’s corporation divisions.

To be successful in this role, you will be working towards your CPA/CA qualification with proven accounting experience. Your ability to work in a large team and influence non-financial stakeholders will be key to your success in the role.
