The impact you’ll have:

Insurance renewals are critical to protecting strata communities. This role ensures every renewal is processed on time, records are accurate, and committees receive the right information when they need it. You’ll be part of the small team at PICA’s Dynamic Property Services branch that keeps everything moving behind the scenes.

What you’ll do:

- Process insurance renewals and maintain accurate records
- Enter and update data across our systems
- Communicate daily with brokers and committees by phone and email
- Manage scheme documents and keep files organised
- Work with the branch admin team to support smooth operations across functions

What you’ll bring

- Sharp attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Strong administrative experience, ideally with insurance or property exposure
- Patience and professionalism when dealing with enquiries
- Ability to juggle tasks and meet deadlines during peak times
