Permanent part time opportunity 30 hours per fortnight at our Rockingham Services Centre

Salary packing (up to $18,550), leave loading (17.5%) & other great incentives

Responsibilities

- Lead and support outreach activities that promote social connection and engagement

- Assist the Kitchen Supervisor in preparing and serving meals, ensuring a welcoming dining experience

- Deliver exceptional service with a strong focus on enhancing the client experience

- Follow individual care plans to meet each client’s unique needs and preferences

- Provide mobility assistance to support safe and comfortable movement

- Stay attuned to emotional and physical needs, ensuring care is always person-centred and responsive

About you

You’re a compassionate, reliable, and proactive individual who’s passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. You thrive in a team environment and are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centered care.

What You Bring:

Essential:

- A genuine passion for supporting people with disability or the frail aged

- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal

- Confidence using systems and technology in your daily work

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Desirable:

- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or a related field

- Current First Aid certification

- Experience working in centre-based settings or with people with disability
