About the Role

Southside Volkswagen is seeking an enthusiastic and customer‑focused New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about the automotive industry and driven to succeed in a high‑performing sales environment.

- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences

- Present and demonstrate new vehicle options

- Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery

- Maintain accurate records and follow up with prospective customers

- Work closely with the dealership team to achieve sales targets and KPIs

Skills & Experience

- Previous sales experience, ideally within automotive or retail

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment

- Self‑motivated with a positive and professional approach
