About the role
In this 12-month fixed-term role, you’ll provide on-site support for desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and first-level Helpdesk services across our locations. You’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting, system maintenance, and customer-focused tech support that keeps our business running smoothly. Flexibility is key, as some shifts may start earlier or finish later depending on operational needs.
What You’ll Do
- Provide hands-on IT support and resolve incidents quickly to minimise disruption.
- Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user devices and applications.
- Support network access, printing, conferencing, and security updates.
- Deliver customer-focused Helpdesk support, both face-to-face and online.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and help shape our technology culture.
What we're looking for
- Experience in desktop and end-user support, ideally in a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Technical capability with devices, software, and support systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A team player who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in a Technology related discipline or equivalent experience
- Must hold a current driver’s licence to travel between sites as required
Desirable Qualifications
- Microsoft certification in end user operating system support
