We are seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to support the marketing and communications efforts of our group of resort properties.
About the RoleThis is a freelance role with ongoing output expectations. You will play a key role in developing engaging content with a focus on social media.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the creation of visually compelling and engaging social media posts (images, videos, graphics) across multiple platforms.
- Write and schedule content that aligns with brand voice and resonates with target audiences across varying properties.
- Monitor social media accounts, engage with followers, and help manage responses and messages.
- Analyse social media trends to maximise engagement and visibility.
- Assist in the development of content highlighting property offerings, showcasing events, and seasonal promotions.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions for content strategy and campaigns.
- Help track and report on content performance across social media platforms.
- Assist with the coordination of communication and content calendars to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and an understanding of how to engage with online communities.
- Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a keen interest in creating content that showcases unique experiences offered by our resorts.
- Detail-oriented, with a creative mindset and strong organisational skills.
- Previous experience in content creation, marketing, or communications is preferred.
This role may suit a candidate based in either Sydney or Coffs Harbour. Flexibility in days may be negotiated, with some work potentially being done remotely.
