What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement safety management plans aligned with client requirements, ensuring risk mitigation and compliance.
  • Facilitate High Risk workshops and provide onsite guidance to assess and manage safety issues.
  • Conduct daily site inspections, report findings, and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Manage incident reporting, investigations, injury management, and Return to Work plans.
  • Review and ensure compliance of subcontractor safety documentation and maintain updated records in Hammertech.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of construction site-based experience in safety roles, with a passion for creating safe workplaces.
  • Diploma or Cert IV in Occupational Health and Safety, and knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders.
  • Well-developed time management, organisational skills, and experience with Hammertech.
