Bayshore is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate **Personal Caregivers and Health Care Aides** to join our **Talent Pool** for Victoria, Nanaimo, Chemainus, Duncan and Ladysmith.The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to our clients, while ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being. Qualifications : **Requirements:** * Completion of formal, accredited caregiver training program and/or a combination of equivalent education and experience. * Strong knowledge of the principles of caregiving as well as well as customer service. * Able to communicate in spoken and written English; French proficiency will be deemed an asset * Provide high-quality care services to clients with current knowledge of practices for community care * Physically assist clients with movement and/or repositioning; able to lift 23 kgs., squat, bend, stand and reach * Reliable mode of transportation; driver's license and automobile considered as an asset * Able to produce a clear Criminal background check with Vulnerable Sector Check Bayshore is committed to a high quality and safe environment for both our staff and clients/patients.
