Your professionalism and patient focused care will be instrumental in making a difference to the patients and families within our direct catchment area - Western Suburbs of Melbourne.
As an employee within the Nursing & Midwifery Workforce Unit, you will be working alongside our nursing staff as an additional resource providing exceptional care to our patients. Contracts on offer are for permanent employment with a range of hours available from 48-64 hours per fortnight, working a rotating roster 7 days per week.
**To be successful in this role you must**:
- Hold a Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing and/or Home and Community Care) or Health Services Assistance with elder care focus
- Have a minimum one years full-time or equivalent experience working as a HCW / PCA in the Australian Healthcare sector
- Be available to work a rotating roster across AM, PM and ND shifts 7 days per week
- Be adaptable & resilient with excellent communication skills
