Job Description

- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.

- Collaborate with internal teams to align event goals with marketing strategies.

- Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.

- Oversee event promotion, including email campaigns, social media outreach, and other marketing channels.

- Coordinate with external suppliers, venues, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.

- Monitor and evaluate event success, providing post-event reports and recommendations.

- Ensure all events comply with organisational policies and external regulations.

- Support general marketing activities as needed to enhance brand visibility.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Marketing Events Specialist should have:

- Experience in planning and managing events, from the beginning

- Strong organisational and time-management skills.

- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing and social media.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.

- A commitment to supporting community-focused initiatives
