Your Role
As a member of the Integrations Team this 12-month fixed term Data Integration Specialist role is to provide ongoing support and maintenance of the integration platforms and take a senior role in the development of new data integration processes.
You will take a major role in supporting and management of our data integration platforms, in particular SAP Cloud Platform Integrator, as well as working with the Architecture team to deliver new data integration processes and projects.
Responsibilities
- Drive cost awareness and contribute to budget efficiency through technology initiatives that reduce spend.
- Lead stakeholder communication and incident management across integration platforms, ensuring high service standards and satisfaction.
- Strategically uplift integration services (especially SAP CPI), streamline processes, and retire legacy platforms while maintaining documentation and standards.
- Champion safety and sustainability by ensuring all IT activities align with company policies and promote a safe working environment.
- Contribute to a positive, outcome-focused team culture within the Connectivity and Platforms team, supporting DuluxGroup values.
- Coach and develop team members through performance plans and career growth initiatives, fostering engagement and advocacy.

Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in Integration Developer or Architect roles, with strong expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
- Familiarity with other integration tools like SAP Data Services or IBM Sterling Integrator is a plus.
- Proficient in JavaScript, web technologies, and data handling best practices across databases.
- Skilled in documentation, stakeholder communication, and working within agile, multi-project environments.
- Experience with tools like Jira and ITIL frameworks is preferred but not essential.
- Holds a tertiary IT qualification or equivalent practical experience.
