
Data Integrity Specialist

**Overview**
This role will review, monitor and action all data integrity reporting, to ensure the daily, weekly and monthly reports are completed within specified timeframes.
**Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities**
Strategic Focus
- Suggest and identify improvement that will aim in increasing efficiency and quality standards across the business
- Minimise rework and suggest changes to improve quality/efficiency to the team leader
- Provide support to the senior/team leaders in the day to day management of completion of all Data Integrity tasks
People Leadership
- Actively participate as a member of the team by co-operating with others to achieve the team’s goals and business requirements
- Works effectively with team members to accomplish team goals and vision
- Provide regular feedback, advice and guidance to the teams on the basis of the reviews done for all DI Reports
- Communicate any changes to the teams and ensure correct DI process and procedure is adhered to
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve enquiries
Governance & Risk
- Action data integrity reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Update results into the relevant spreadsheets and fund specific dashboards
- Report on issues relating with data integrity and any quality/training needs for teams
- Action audit/compliance requirements reports and communicate action plans to ensure adherence for the quarterly compliance checklists
- Assist in the AAS teams with updates to business rules and procedures manuals where appropriate
- Ensure compliance with all legislative, financial, policy, procedural and quality requirements
- Provide superior service to funds, employers and members meeting Service and quality standards and escalate where reporting requirements are not met
- Quality review tasks and complete data integrity reporting, recording statistical information as required
- Manage, investigate and resolve complaints, escalations and complex enquiries
- Assist in the completion of all reporting and report on any Incidents/breaches if required
- Interpret policies and fund specific requirements to ensure compliance with all legislative and service standards
- Assisting with administration and quality checking across all Operations as directed by Team Leader
- Comply with all company policies, values and procedures
**Experience & Personal Attributes**
- RG146 / ASFA qualifications desirable
- Good understanding of relevant Superannuation legislation and industry knowledge
- Sound knowledge of MS Office and other software packages
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills
- Minimum of 3 years superannuation administration experience required
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong innovation and continuous improvement focus
- Quality focus with good analytical and problem solving abilities
- Prioritization and time management skills to meet tight deadlines
- Drive workflow and follow through
- Effectively adapt communication techniques to various groups and individuals to ensure the delivery of information and ideas.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
