A renowned furniture and homeware brand is searching for a naturally creative Sales Design Consultant who lives and breathes beautiful design.
This isn't your typical sales role. If you're passionate about design philosophy and love the challenge of finding the perfect design solution for every client's unique space, this could be your dream opportunity. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand their lifestyle, space, and design dreams through consultative conversations
- Create compelling design presentations and mood boards that bring visions to life
- Guide clients through furniture selection, customisation options, and spatial planning solutions
- Use your natural design intuition to influence outcomes and communicate possibilities
- Manage the complete customer journey from initial consultation through to delivery and beyond
- Build lasting relationships that turn one-time buyers into lifelong brand advocates
- Collaborate with the team to exceed KPIs through genuine solution-focused selling
Skills & Experience
- Has 1-3 years of high-end customer service, sales, or design experience (furniture experience welcomed but not essential)
- Possesses natural creative flair and spatial awareness that comes instinctively
- Brings adaptability, flexibility, and genuine transparency to everything they do
- Has experience in interior design, styling, or transferable design fields
- Understands color, fabric specification, and spatial planning principles
- Is comfortable with design software and mood board creation
- Genuinely loves beautiful design and wants to share that passion with clients
