The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Inclusive Education Teacher to join our team at Chinchilla Christian College, commencing Term 1, January 2026.

When you join our College, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative team that works together to create a positive environment for both staff and students. We have purposeful meetings and weekly devotions and prayer times, as well as regular social events that bring our staff together.

Remuneration

As an Inclusive Education Teacher, you will receive a remuneration package circa $88,824 – $127,511 plus super per annum, based on your experience level. Benefits

Qualities, Qualifications, Skills

To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for teaching Inclusive Education. You will be required to:

- Provide a current Christian church leader as a referee,

- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, or Graduate Diploma if you hold a Bachelor in a different field,

- Be a qualified teacher with QLD College of Teacher’s Registration (QCT) or have the ability to obtain QCT registration,

- Support the College’s mission, aims and values,

- Have a strong knowledge of the curriculum and be able to teach it from a Biblical perspective,

- Contribute to co-curricular activities

- Confidently lead student learning within a productive classroom environment

- Demonstrate strong organisational skills, with an ability to effectively prioritise, and

- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.

- Hold current Australian work authorisation
