About You

We're looking for an inspiring ECT who:

• Fosters a lifelong love for learning in young children
• Builds strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Brings fresh energy and ideas to our educational programs
• Wants to grow in a supportive, professional environment

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-recognised)
• Current Blue card valid for paid work
• First Aid Certificate including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training

Key Skills & Attributes

• Deep knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS)
• Strong observation, documentation, and planning skills
• Confident communicator who thrives in team environments
• Committed to creating inclusive, respectful learning spaces

Nice to Have (But Not Essential)

• Previous experience teaching in early childhood settings
• Familiarity with Education and Care Services National Law & Regulations
• Interest in ongoing training and development
• Comfortable using digital platforms for documentation and parent communication
