POSITION OVERVIEW:

Opportunity for an experienced Insolvency Manager (+5 years) to develop their advisory skills and continue to enhance their formal insolvency skills (corporate only).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Opportunity for an experienced Insolvency Manager to develop their advisory skills and continue to enhance their formal insolvency skills (corporate only). In this role you will be required to:

- Analyse and prepare better outcome assessment reports for ASX listed and significant private companies;
- Attend and assist the Engagement Partner with the delivery of safe harbour reports to ASX Listed Boards and significant private companies;
- Own the responsibility of the day-to-day management of companies in receivership, administration and liquidation;
- Deal with and reporting to creditors, banks and statutory authorities;
- Complete investigations into the financial affairs of distressed companies; and
- Lead and continue to develop a team of motivated professional staff.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

The successful candidate will have:

- +5 years insolvency experience;
- CA qualified (may also be ARITA qualified or undertaking);
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Motivated, strong work ethic and flexibility to the challenges of working in a professional environment;
- Solid technical skills;
- Strong team orientation;Excellent leadership skills; and
- As this is a permanent role, therefore you must have full work rights to be considered.
