We’re looking for a Marketing Designer who can bring our brand to life through impactful storytelling and exceptional design. You’ll blend creativity with strategy - producing engaging videos, animations, and static visuals that elevate our brand across every digital and physical touchpoint.

As part of our marketing team, you’ll collaborate across departments to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives that inform, inspire, and convert audiences. From campaign assets and motion graphics to event visuals and brand design systems, your work will play a key role in shaping how our brand is seen and experienced.

This role follows a hybrid schedule and requires working from our Northampton office three days per week.

The key objectives of this role are to:

- Create eye-catching multimedia content that boosts engagement and campaign performance across paid and organic channels.

- Deliver high-quality visual assets to support product launches, events, customer education, and social media initiatives.

- Uphold and evolve our brand identity - ensuring all design outputs are cohesive, professional, and on‑brand.

- Provide quick, creative, and effective design solutions for marketing, sales, and executive teams.

- Introduce and maintain scalable design systems, processes, and innovative creative techniques.

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in marketing design, motion graphics, or multimedia content creation for B2B (preferably SaaS)

- Proficiency in design and animation tools including Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

- Experience using AI‑assisted design tools (such as Creatopy, Adobe Firefly, Descript or similar platforms) to streamline workflows and enhance creative output.

- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory for both digital and print media.

- Ability to balance creative innovation with brand consistency and business objectives.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- A visual storyteller who thrives on crafting designs that connect emotionally and drive results.

- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.

- Curious, collaborative, and eager to experiment with new formats and tools.

- Passionate about elevating brand experiences through thoughtful, high‑impact design.

- A team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues across different functions and regions, embracing diverse perspectives to create impactful global campaigns.

What You Will Be Doing

- Design static and animated visuals for use across websites, ads, social media, email campaigns, and print collateral.

- Develop creative assets for corporate events - such as booth displays, digital screens, event signage, and promotional materials.

- Ensure consistent visual identity across all platforms, maintaining brand cohesion and design excellence.

- Concept, storyboard, and produce animated video content that communicates brand messaging, product value, and customer success stories.

- Create and edit videos for campaigns, product demos, social channels, and events.

- Manage video templates and asset libraries to ensure consistency and reusability. Collaborate with or brief external agencies when needed to maintain creative quality and brand alignment.

- Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand campaign goals and transform them into visually compelling outputs.

- Contribute to the evolution of brand guidelines, ensuring assets and templates remain fresh, consistent, and effective.

- Support the full creative process - from ideation and concepting through to final delivery.

- Stay ahead of design trends, motion techniques, and emerging technologies to continually push creative boundaries.
