About the Position: A new opportunity has opened for an experienced Senior Associate – Commercial Litigation to join our client’s expanding dispute resolution practice.
You’ll be stepping into a central role within a team that handles a diverse mix of sophisticated matters—from director and shareholder disputes, contract breaches, regulatory enforcement actions, to high-value tax litigation and IP disputes.
This is more than just a technical legal role. You will be expected to contribute to case strategy, build trusted client relationships, and play a key part in mentoring junior solicitors. You’ll work side-by-side with an accomplished litigation partner known for both legal precision and commercial acumen, with exposure to headline-making disputes and a direct path toward a more senior leadership role.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years PAE, ideally in commercial litigation at a mid or top-tier firm
- Strong file management experience and ability to lead on strategy and execution
- Exposure to regulatory disputes, tax controversies, or commercial fraud an advantage
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Ability to mentor junior team members and collaborate effectively
- Proven capacity to manage demanding caseloads and meet deadlines
- Commercial mindset with a client-centric approach to practice
On Offer:
- Salary Package: Up to $200,000 including super (dependent on experience)
