We are seeking a dedicated and professional Practice Coordinator to join our friendly and growing team at Camberwell Family Dental. The ideal candidate will have experience in front office and dental assisting, supporting a team of staff and maintaining a high standard of patient care and service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental practice
- Support the team, ensuring a seamless patient experience
- Coordinate staff scheduling and training
- Handle patient inquiries, appointments and billing with professionalism at Front Office
- Maintain practice compliance with dental regulations and protocols
- Previous experience in an Australian dental setting ideally or in the healthcare space
- Cleaning and sterilisation of instruments
- Stock Control and ordering supplies
- Previous Dental4Web and Tyro Health experience is advantageous
