What you can expect in a day in this role:

In this casual role, no two days will be the same, you'll work across a variety of positions, including managing Reservations, conducting Night Audits, assisting guests as a Porter, and greeting and checking in guests as a Front Desk Receptionist.

What you will bring to the role:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Experience with hotel reservations software RMS preferred but not essential
- Previous experience in a front office role or customer service is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- A flexible approach to working hours over a 7-day roster including weekends, public holidays and evening shifts

An appointee to this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.
