Clarity Health Care is an accredited mental health service delivering a multidisciplinary program offering care to individuals with mental health concerns or mental illness.

Our programs feature psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, social workers and registered nurses. We focus on hiring experienced senior clinicians who can deliver evidence-based care through outreach services, clinic appointments, telehealth and group programs based on clinical reasoning and need.

Clinical collaboration and continuity of care are core to our treatment delivery, grounded in the recovery model and bio-psycho-social model.

About the Role

Support Clarity Health Care staff and patients by maintaining a high standard of presentation and cleanliness in the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with administrators to complete tasks
  • Answer phones and welcome patients
  • Assist clinicians with administrative tasks
  • Possess strong administration skills and attention to detail
  • Provide administration support for partner programs, including billing, data entry and reporting
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders
  • Understand Clarity Health Care services, including referrals, billing, and consultation fees
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times and understand privacy policies
  • Handle difficult calls professionally
  • Enjoy task completion and ask for help when needed
  • Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar front-of-house/administration role is highly valued
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, understanding patient needs and having a friendly and empathetic attitude
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Halaxy is an advantage
  • Open to learning new software programs
  • Prior experience in billing and maintaining systems using medical software will be highly regarded
  • Exhibit excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with mental health services
  • Able to work as a reliable and trustworthy team member
  • Skilled at multitasking and prioritizing under pressure
  • Adaptable and comfortable following practice procedures
  • Understand the importance of patient confidentiality
