Join our team as a Guest Services (Car Parking) Attendant at The Star Brisbane.

The Star Brisbane is Australia’s newest entertainment hub at the heart of the new Queen’s Wharf Brisbane precinct. The first phase is now open, with more venues and experiences on the way. The Star Brisbane offers a variety of new dining, bars, and unique entertainment options. It also includes a five-star luxury hotel, The Star Grand, and a state-of-the-art Event Centre.

The Guest Services Attendant, reporting to the Assistant Guest Services Manager, will complete car park validations whilst also handling all customer queries. In this role you will learn and develop an understanding of the business, products, and promotions.

A few of your responsibilities:

- Maintaining a customer focus
- Maintain knowledge of our property and promote current promotions
- Complete car park and access validations

What we are looking for:

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Passion and enthusiasm for providing 5-star customer service
- Previous experience with hotel operating systems
- Availability for 24/7 rotating shifts

Successful candidates will strive to provide excellent customer service and maintain a safe environment for guests and team members. You will enjoy and be passionate about customer service and ensure each guest’s experience is a memorable experience from the moment they enter the property to when they leave.
