We are currently seeking to recruit a new cleaner / parking attendant for our busy car park facility based in Margaret Street, Brisbane City.
Your main duties will include, but not limited to, cleaning and maintaining fixtures within the car park common areas over a 4-hour evening shift Monday to Friday, 5pm - 9pm or 6pm - 10pm. You must also be flexible as you will be required to work as a car park attendant (extensive training included) while our regular staff take annual breaks or call in sick.
**The following is required to be accepted for the role.**
Demonstrated computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Able to work under pressure.
Fantastic customer service skills.
Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible to work shifts and change your daily routine.
Adept and receptive during and after training.
Capable and versatile in a fast-paced work environment.
Open to constructive criticism.
Working autonomously in both roles.
Eligible to work in Australia.
