Casual Position. Immediate Opening.

We're on the lookout for a new team member to join our dynamic team as a cleaner/parking attendant at our bustling car park facility in Brisbane.

Your primary responsibilities will revolve around maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of the car park's communal areas during a 4 hour evening shift. Your schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 6 pm to 10 pm. (Please note, these hours are fixed and non-negotiable.)

Additionally, you'll need to be adaptable to cover the afternoon parking attendant shift (with extensive training provided). This will typically occur during staff vacations or sick leave.

Combining both roles may entail approximately 10 hours of work per day, but flexibility can be discussed with the car park manager.

To qualify for this role, you should have:

- Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to thrive under pressure.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm (essential).
- Flexibility to cover afternoon parking attendant shifts, from 1:15 pm to 7:15 pm, Monday to Friday, or on an on-call basis.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Receptiveness to feedback.
- Capability to work independently in both cleaning and parking attendant roles post-training.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- Initiative, punctuality, and a diligent work ethic.

Successful applicants will undergo national police check and will receive uniforms, thorough training, and free parking during work hours.

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
