The Association of Professional Builders is lifting the standard of residential construction. We are hiring a Membership Specialist Sales Manager to lead a pod of six Membership Specialists while carrying a personal quota. You will run the revenue rhythm, Present online and in person events, coach elite calls, protect pipeline quality and create calm momentum that converts.

We are looking for someone who
- Brings high EQ, professional empathy and steady leadership under pressure.
- Models consultative selling and teaches it with smart questions and frameworks.
- Is a natural presenter who can close sales in a one to many model.
- Owns outcomes with extreme ownership and clean execution.
- Is coachable, curious and data obsessed about KPIs, show rates and close rates.
- Maintains spotless CRM hygiene and multichannel follow up discipline.
Your core responsibilities
- Leadership cadence: Run tight daily huddles, weekly pipeline reviews and action focused reporting to leadership. Protect culture with high standards and high care.
- Coaching: Deliver weekly 1 to 1s and call reviews that lift discovery quality and close rate. Maintain playbooks, SOPs and a tagged call library.
- Sales and revenue: Carry a personal quota and demonstrate elite discovery and closing. Support clean handoffs into coaching. Present live online Webinars and live events, closing one to many.
- Operations: Keep CRM notes, stages, tasks and dashboards immaculate. Identify process gaps, propose fixes and ship improvements fast.
Must haves
- 5 plus years as a top closer for $2k plus offers and 2 plus years leading quota carrying closers.
- Proven sales coaching and training track record with measurable lifts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and strong Zoom sales etiquette.
- Understand one to many presentation sales psychology and have a proven track record in doing so.
- Tech capable with CRM, calendar and collaboration tools and a secure home office setup.
KPIs you will own
- Team: monthly membership sales, close rate, show rate, BPA attach, pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy, coaching cadence and ramp time.
- Personal: minimum 8 new memberships per month. This included one to one and one to many
- Quality and ops: CRM hygiene score and preparation quality for calls, meetings and training.
Working hours
Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 3:00pm AEST to effectively lead salespeople in the US and Canada and locally.
As the company grows, the role shifts to 8:00am to 5:00pm.
During onboarding, hours will typically be 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Earnings and commission structure
- Base: $110,000 plus superannuation at the statutory rate.
- Illustrative OTE at target: A range of $220,000 to $290,000+ plus super depending on individual performance and team performance.
