Fernwood Fitness Liverpool/Bankstown is looking for casual switched on female membership consultants. Must have experience in sales.

The position requires working a minimum of 7 hours up to 30 hours per week. Requires day and evening shifts including Saturdays if needed. Requires working between both the Liverpool and Bankstown club.

We are after an enthusiastic client-centred and values orientated sales person with life experience to join a world leading team of sales staff.

The appointee will be an important member of the staff utilising their exceptional sales techniques to build rapport, close sales and become an expert in the personal development field. This position offers a unique advantage in that hot leads will be given to the appointee so that the sole focus is to convert to a sale. Must also have skill and knowledge in self generating leads and outreach.

In order to be successful in this job the successfully appointee would need to:

  • Have experience in membership sales
  • Have experience in calling leads
  • Report on daily activity
  • Meet individual and club targets
  • Make 25 contacts per shift as a minimum with the aim of booking appointments
  • Be exceptionally driven
  • Love the thrill of the close
  • Generally care about the clients
  • Want to be remembered for something
  • Have ambition for continual growth

Applicants will have high attention to detail, be adept in using Microsoft systems, outlook and adobe. This role requires ability to work as a part of a team as well as from time to time autonomously.
