Northside Christian College is currently seeking a caring and capable Executive Assistant to the Director of Primary and Director of Student Culture and Development, to commence in January 2026.
This is a unique opportunity for a faith driven and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Directors, while working within a community deeply committed to Christian values, academic growth, and student wellbeing at Northside.

About the Position
- Provide high-level executive support to the Director of Primary and Director of Student Culture and Development through well prioritised planning and efficient administrative and secretarial support.
- Maintenance of the calendar, including appointments and arrangement of meetings for the Director of Primary and the Director of Student Culture and Development.
- Research and/or gather relevant data on specific directed topics to enable the Directors to respond to issues.
- Attend to daily correspondence, prioritising for the Directors.
- Other duties deemed appropriate by the Principal to support the efficient functioning of the College.

What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in an Executive or Personal Assistance role (school setting preferred)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with school administration systems (eg SEQTA) is highly desirable
- A warm, professional and organised approach
- A committed Christian with a heart for service
- Holds or is willing to obtain a currentWorking with Children Check
