About the role:

- Based @ Marsden Park
- Full time, Monday - Friday
- Ensure the sales and admissions process
- Conduct tours
- Proactively manage sales enquiries
- Build meaningful relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Maximise occupancy
- Support the implementation of approved marketing events
- Assisting with processing of fortnightly staff payroll
- Accounts payable and receivable processing, petty cash and invoicing
- Assisting with client services and general enquiries
- Assistance with recruitment processes including drafting employment contracts
- Reception and other administration duties where required
- Managing team rosters and timesheets
