**ActronAir is looking for an Office Admin superstar to join their Marsden Park Customer Service Team in their busy service department.**

**ABOUT THE ROLE...**

Reporting to the Senior Service Administrator, you will step into a high-paced admin role where you and the team will assist in over 300 service jobs to coordinate and schedule every week between in-house Actron service technicians and service agents.

Speaking to Dealers, Installers, End Users & Service Technicians; you will have the challenge of dealing with different unpredictable issues that can come up and will need to find solutions to get the result and ensure the client is satisfied.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- ** Customer/Technical Support**:

- Log service calls;
- Assist customers with basic technical queries.
- ** General Administration**:

- Process payments;
- Preparing service warranty reports;
- Issue purchase orders;
- Provide information and documentation to customer where required.
- ** Customer Follow up**:

- Contact Installers and Service Agents to provide part ETA and tracking updates;
- Contact customers to perform a customer satisfaction survey;
- Keep dealer/installers up to date with service outcomes;
- Follow-up outstanding parts with a Good Return Advice with service agents;
- Follow-up disputed outstanding accounts.
- ** Cross Functional Support / Training**:

- Assist other company personnel as required;
- Be involved in on-the-job training of other staff;
- Participate in staff meetings & on the job training as required.

**ABOUT YOU...**

The Service Administration Officer position requires someone with strong time management and organisational skills that can work within a busy service department, focusing on a quality high-level customer experience.

This role requires someone who is willing to do all that is needed to ensure all service jobs are delivered timely and efficiently.

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have previous experience in a busy service department;
- Strong Customer Service focus and Customer follow-up;
- High level of diplomacy with the ability to problem solve and resolve conflict;
- Ability to work under pressure and manage many and varied tasks simultaneously;
- High attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ideally possess previous work experience in a similar Planning / Scheduling / Administration / Customer Service role;
- Have an understanding and working knowledge of AP / AR functions;
- Be able to work with mínimal supervision and use your initiative when required;
- Highly developed computer literacy;
- Be open to further training and education in relation to our products, customer service and service processes;
- Possess a positive attitude.

**Relevant qualifications**:

- Certificate III in Business Administration will be highly regarded.
- A mechanical aptitude and working in a trades industry would also be an advantage.
