About Us
Three Blue Ducks Rosebery is part of a leading hospitality group that values ethical food, sustainability, and real hospitality. We run busy, fast-paced kitchens with a focus on quality produce, great teamwork, and genuine connection - both with each other and our guests.

We’re now looking for an experienced Casual Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team ahead of the busy season.

About You
You’re reliable, hardworking, and genuinely passionate about food. You thrive in a high-energy kitchen and work well under pressure without compromising quality or care. You're a team player who takes pride in creating exceptional food from scratch.

What You’ll Bring

- Strong CDP experience in a quality-driven kitchen
- Excellent food knowledge and prep skills
- Solid communication and organisational ability
- Able to handle pressure and still bring good vibes
- Flexible availability, especially nights & weekends
- A genuine love for seasonal produce and sustainability

What You’ll Be Doing

- Preparing high-quality dishes with speed and precision
- Keeping your section clean, prepped, and well-organised
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy services
- Maintaining consistent food quality and presentation
- Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous to improve systems and minimise waste
- Supportive, fun and welcoming culture
- Generous tips and great staff discounts across all Ducks venues
- Ongoing training and genuine opportunities for growth
- Ability to work across our other venues - Rosebery, Melbourne, Bellingen & Nimbo
