Albany, Australia Willis Towers Watson Full time

Description

Do you have a strategic mindset and enjoy working with projects?

At WTW Danmark, we are currently looking for a Project Assistant to join our local PMO. The department drives business development, innovation, and projects across the Danish organization and is involved in initiatives both in Denmark and internationally.

The Role

Your tasks will range from large to small and vary from planning to minor development assignments and project management. It is therefore important that you can juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time.

As a Project Assistant, you will be responsible for:

- Analyzing and specifying projects to support business needs and strategic initiatives
- Planning and ensuring project progress - preparing timelines, following up on goals and deadlines
- Project management - ensuring that project participants understand their roles, monitoring progress against the project plan, and communicating with stakeholders
- Preparing business cases - including gathering relevant information from stakeholders for use in the business case
- Supporting our local implementation of AI
- Assisting the business with RFP and Bid Management
- And much more

This means you will gain exposure to projects, AI, bid management, and everything in between

Qualifications

About You

You are/have:

- Recently graduated or have a few years of experience in project management
- Eager to learn new technologies and capable of understanding complex issues
- Strong communication skills in both Danish and English, written and spoken
- Skilled in creating presentations in PowerPoint
- Structured, goal-oriented, and able to maintain an overview of the entire project lifecycle
- A great colleague who enjoys alternating between independent work and teamwork

What We Offer

You will experience a positive atmosphere and an informal tone, working within a value set that emphasizes personal development, respect, teamwork, and integrity. We work both closely together and independently - and collaborate broadly with other teams and specialists at WTW. We also prioritize a healthy work-life balance and offer flexible working conditions.

About Us

WTW is an international company with 49,000 employees worldwide. In Denmark, we have 400+ employees across offices in Nærum, Aarhus, Holstebro, and Aalborg. We are independent of all insurance and pension companies, enabling us to provide our clients with impartial advice on risk management, insurance, and pensions – always focusing solely on what is best for them.
