This is an on‑site position that requires your presence at the office most days.

As an Assistant Project Manager (APM) for our largest capital investment project, you will work closely with the Project Corporate Vice President (PCVP), who is overall responsible for the project execution, and the project’s management team, a diverse group of senior (project) leaders.

You will be an important link between stakeholders, responsible for driving the project’s executive reporting to a high standard, while ensuring clear communication, alignment, and coordination of project deliverables. You will develop and prepare executive information to influence critical decision‑making in the project.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Close collaboration/liaison with the PCVP in all aspects of project delivery

- Ownership of executive‑level reporting to, e.g. investment portfolio group (IPG) and steering group (StG)

- Contribution to key business processes, ensuring a clear link between our overall strategy and the project

- Project management of strategic initiatives within the project

- Consolidation of reporting from various sub‑projects into the overall project and definition/distribution of reporting standards across sub‑projects and work packages

- Stakeholder management across Novo Nordisk, including project, production, and externals

You will be anchored in the PS API Expansions executive office, a team of talented APMs and strategy partners who bring strategic thinking, precision, and passion to deliver complex pharmaceutical projects.

Your new department

You will be joining PS API Expansions, which is anchored in Novo Nordisk Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT). PS API Expansions is a growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major API Expansion projects across Novo Nordisk to serve the needs of millions of patients. We build and design our future API facilities as multi‑product facilities with flexibility to accommodate future processes and display state‑of‑the‑art technology and working environment. We focus on delivering the highest quality to patients globally in an efficient and environmentally sustainable way. We are setting the standards for the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of many decades from now. We drive world class execution of capacity projects, and together we are building the future of Novo Nordisk.

Your skills and q ualifications

- A master's degree in engineering, finance, business administration, or a similar field

- Relevant professional experience (minimum 3 years) in project management, or a similar function

- A structured approach, strong time management and organizational skills

- The ability to effectively prepare compelling reports and presentations tailored to a broad range of audiences

- Experience in a comparable role within senior management support is preferred

- An appetite for learning and understanding the technical aspects of project management is advantageous

- Fluency in written and spoken English
