Role Purpose:

Are you passionate about connecting with guests and working in a beautiful 5-star hotel? We have an exciting opportunity for a Guest Service Agent at Crystalbrook Vincent.

Responsibilities:

- Providing exceptional guest service and support

- Assisting with check-in and check-out processes

- Addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly

- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations

- Maintaining a welcoming and professional environment

Skills and Experience:

- Previous hotel guest service experience

- Strong IT skills and familiarity with Opera PMS

- Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset

- Knowledge of Brisbane and enthusiasm for local tourism

- Availability to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings and nights

- Motivation to deliver outstanding guest experiences
