Loop Logics is one of Australia’s fastest-moving construction SaaS platforms, built by builders, for builders. With a platform that streamlines everything from quoting to compliance, they’re helping insurance, residential, and commercial builders get out of spreadsheets and into the future.
Now, they’re hiring a Senior Account Executive to help scale revenue across the country.
This is a rare role for someone who’s still hands‑on with pipeline, but hungry for more ownership and impact. You’ll be on the ground with SDRs, in‑market with clients, and at the table with the COO shaping go‑to‑market strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing
Own and grow a portfolio of mid‑market and enterprise construction clients — with a focus on insurance, residential, and commercial builders
Run full‑cycle sales: outbound, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and close
Expand existing accounts — land and expand across business units, regions, and workflows
Set the standard on activity, quality, and discipline. Coach junior SDRs and guide the team
Act as the “voice of the customer” to feed structured feedback back into product and leadership
Partner with the COO on pricing, deal strategy, and sales playbooks
Tools & Stack

CRM (HubSpot) and standard sales enablement tools
Phone‑first culture with strong cadence and call coaching baked in
You’ll Thrive If You Bring
3–5+ years of quota‑carrying SaaS sales experience — hitting or exceeding targets
Prior experience selling into insurance builders or high‑volume repair programs
Experience at platforms like Simpro, AroFlo, Buildertrend, BuildXact, Procore
Strong experience selling job management, construction, field service, or trade software
Full‑cycle experience — outbound through close. You still want to be on the tools.
High activity, high output. You’re happy to spend 70–80% of your time actively selling
Natural leader ready to step up and shape culture without stepping away from deals
Based in Melbourne to work closely with SDRs and leadership
Bonus Points For
Exposure to scale‑up environments where processes were still being built
Informal coaching or mentoring of SDRs or junior AEs
