The Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for a Senior Account Manager to join our team in Sydney. In this role, you’ll be working on one of Australia’s largest and most well-known brands, managing integrated advertising projects from brief through to delivery. You’ll partner closely with Strategy, Creative, and Production teams to help bring big ideas to life and ensure seamless execution every step of the way.
A Snapshot Of What You’ll Do
- Support the broader Account Management team
- Management of fully integrated campaigns leveraging all disciplines including advertising, CRM and digital communications
- Organise project resource, ensure tasks are completed within scope and timings and budget (work with operations and production teams)
- Contribute to strategic briefing, development, discussion; and help to write inspiring creative briefs
- Proactively manage briefs, timelines, WIPs, job numbers and estimates
- Build and nurture positive working relationships with the wider agency team by actively listening and seeking guidance
- Act as mentor to Account Managers & Account Executives, setting a positive example for team behaviour, learning and collaboration
- Generate strategically sound ideas and fresh thinking that challenges in a positive way the perception of the client brand in market

Your Ideal Experience
- Previous experience working in a Senior Account Manager role within a creative comms agency environment
- Experience in a multi disciplinary team environment
- Proven experience managing integrated campaigns and communications projects
- Knowledge of Advertising: TV, radio, print production, sponsorships & other emerging media including digital; web, email, mobile
- Passionate about great ideas, underpinned by commitment to delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – a confident, credible presenter
