About the Role: An exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Manager to join TCWA on a full-time basis at our busy workshop in Spearwood. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the overall performance and efficiency of the Parts Department, driving parts sales, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

This role is ideal for someone with solid industry knowledge who is ready to take ownership of a high-performing team and make a real impact.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered, you must demonstrate experience in a similar position and possess the following:

- Proven experience in a Parts Manager or senior parts role within the automotive or transport industry
- Ability to manage and oversee daily operations of the Parts Department
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency with parts cataloguing systems and inventory software
- Ability to work closely with other departments to support workshop productivity
- HR & Forklift licences (highly desirable though not essential)
