We’re part of Australia’s largest and most trusted network for pool and spa care – with a fleet of mobile service vehicles and retail stores serving local communities with pride. We’re on the lookout for motivated, hands-on Pool Service Technicians to join our team, with opportunities available at both junior and experienced levels.

About the role:

You’ll be the friendly face of Poolwerx Albany Creek, delivering top-tier service to residential and commercial customers and clients, working independently across a range of sites. No two days are the same - and you'll be supported with full training and ongoing development. Your day might include:

Testing and balancing pool water using advanced equipment (photometers - not just guesswork).

Manually cleaning pools and spas of all shapes and sizes - from backyard havens to resort showpieces.

Performing scheduled maintenance on pool systems to keep them safe and sparkling.

Spotting and recommending future service and product needs - adding real value to your customers.

Installing equipment - pumps, filters, chlorinators - to manufacturer specs, and learning the basics of pipework and hydraulics.

Sales - identify and disclose future sales and service opportunities at each location.

Must-haves:

A current open driver's licence (manual preferred but not essential).

Commitment to safe work practices and WHS standards.

Although we’d love you to have experience or knowledge of the pool and spa industry, we can teach you the rest if you have a learning attitude. What’s most important is that you’re self-motivated, good at thinking on your feet and you feel aligned with our values.
