Position objective

This position supervises and leads a work team in the Mobile Camera Operations Unit ensuring that it delivers on the operational requirements and standards as determined by WA Police Force.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and lead a work team in the Mobile Camera Operations Unit; ensure delivery on operational requirements and standards as determined by WA Police Force.

Qualifications & requirements

- Leadership and supervisory skills: Encouraging, motivating and providing constructive feedback; clear direction, realistic goals, task planning, adaptability to change, information sharing.

- Problem solving skills: Identifying, analysing and providing concise solutions; ability to remain positive under pressure.

- Submit a comprehensive CV with details relevant to the essential work related requirements.

- Provide the names and contact details of two referees; nominate at least one immediate supervisor/manager unless exceptional circumstances exist.

- Complete and submit the Integrity Check Consent Form (where required) with the application.

Selection may be used to fill other similar vacancies in the metropolitan area. Integrity and criminal checks will be conducted if the applicant is not a current WA Police Force employee. Relocation costs may be the responsibility of the successful applicant.
