**Team Leader - Door-to-Door Sales**

**Location**: Newcastle & the Hunter Region, NSW
**Salary**: Base salary + generous performance bonuses + 15% of team profits

Serbius is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced and driven **Team Leader** to manage and inspire a team of five door-to-door sales representatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead from the front, build a high-performing team, and make a meaningful impact by connecting customers with our charity partners.

**About the Role**

As a Team Leader, you will:

- **Lead a team of 5 sales representatives** in residential areas around Perth suburbs
- **Motivate, coach, and develop your team** to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- **Engage with potential customers** directly, signing them up for monthly charity subscriptions.
- **Foster a positive and results-driven environment** where success is celebrated.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background and a passion for leading and mentoring others.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

- **Sales Leadership**: A proven track record in sales and managing teams, or a strong background in sales with a desire to step up into a leadership role.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: The ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve success.
- **Goal-Oriented Mindset**: A focus on achieving and exceeding both personal and team targets.
- **Positive and Energetic Attitude**: A passion for driving results while maintaining a fun and engaging team environment.

Experience in **door-to-door sales**, **face-to-face sales**, or **charity fundraising** is highly regarded.

Pay: $63,496.49 - $89,000.00 per year
