Role

BTR Leader – Essence Communities is the leading Build to Rent (BTR) operator in Australia and New Zealand, backed by 27 years in property and asset management through UniLodge. We’re driving the evolution of the rental market, managing BTR communities across the region and expanding fast. More than property managers, we build vibrant, well-maintained communities—balancing resident experience with investor outcomes. Role Summary – Residential Concierge

Be the heart of our community. At Essence Communities, you’ll be the warm, welcoming face that makes residents feel right at home. By co-ordinating events and offering best in class service, you’ll help create a connected, thriving community.

What you’ll be doing

- Deliver friendly, professional service that sets the tone for a positive resident experience.
- Support leasing and property operations - from check-ins and inspections to leasing tours.
- Jump in to resolve resident issues quickly and with care.
- Work closely with maintenance, cleaning, and security teams to keep everything running smoothly.

Passionate about people and a genuine interest in building communities. You take pride in great customer service and thrive on teamwork, collaborating with all members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, while always prioritising residents’ safety, privacy, and satisfaction.

We’re looking for someone with

- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Strong communication skills with high attention to detail
- Confident problem solving and decision making ability
- Property or retail sales experience (highly regarded)
- Valid Agent’s Representative Certificate VIC (highly regarded)
