We are seeking a like-minded Resident Experience Assistant General Manager to join our team and lead from the front at HOME Southbank. This role involves taking a hands-on approach driving initiatives across the Resident Experience team and the daily operations. You'll be supported by a high-performing team to elevate the HOME experience to new heights. Reporting to the Resident Experience General Manager, this role involves assisting with overseeing the daily operations, making informed decisions and maintaining service standards. The position requires creating connections with the Resident Community and enhancing their experiences in line with the brand's standards that define HOME's brand excellence.
In this variety-packed role, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and modelling a positive attitude, professional conduct, and unwavering commitment to quality outcomes and exceptional service delivery aligned to our core values, Safety, Community, Innovation and Sustainability
- Leading and inspiring a high-performing team with a mindset of Professional and Personal Growth to learn all aspects of operations
- Optimizing Resident satisfaction and management, including complaints/feedback and responding in a timely and professional manner.
- Assisting with managing the day-to-day operations, planning, community events, staff development and engagement plus much more
- Supporting the Resident Experience General Manager with tasks as required
