City of Newcastle (CN) is looking for a highly focused and detail‑oriented administrator to join our Legal and Governance team as a Council Liaison Coordinator in a permanent, full‑time capacity.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating functions that ensure Councillors receive high‑quality, accurate, timely, and professional information and advice. Your work will directly support Councillors in fulfilling their civic duties effectively and confidently.

- 35‑hour working week with flexible work options available
- 4 weeks of annual leave, 3 weeks of personal leave, plus 2 additional paid public holidays
- 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment

Remuneration
$107,672.94 + 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment + 12% Superannuation per annum for a 35‑hour week.
