About the role

- Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets

- Drive business performance through strategic planning, team coaching, and daily goal setting

- Provide expert skincare and makeup consultations aligned with Clinique’s dermatologist-developed philosophy

- Build strong client relationships through personalised service and effective clienteling

- Ensure the counter is visually merchandised, fully stocked, and maintained to Clinique brand standards

- Manage stock levels, inventory control, and ordering processes with accuracy

- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance product knowledge and service excellence

- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and contribute to business reviews

- Collaborate with store management and Clinique field teams to implement promotional strategies and brand initiatives

- Uphold Clinique’s values of care, inclusivity, and science-led beauty, ensuring every customer leaves with a confident experience
