Your new opportunity

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, a fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced, enthusiastic, and driven Senior Manager Business Partnering to join RAA’s Finance team.

As the Senior Manager Business Partnering, you will design and deliver an effective business partnering model to enhance financial acumen across all areas of RAA. You will lead a team of finance professionals, mentoring and guiding them to identify profitability opportunities and drive business growth. Partnering with senior leaders, you will provide strategic insights and financial expertise to support key business initiatives.

You will be instrumental in:

- Leading and mentoring a team of Finance Managers to deliver financial insights and strategic advice.
- Building financial and analytical capability across the Finance Business Partnering team.
- Driving a culture of financial literacy and commercial acumen within RAA’s leadership and management teams.
- Partnering with senior leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and investment case development.
- Identifying operational efficiency opportunities and establishing frameworks to track and measure impact.
- Enhancing financial reporting and analysis to enable informed decision-making.

- Extensive experience in management accounting and business partnering roles.
- Proven leadership ability, with experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of operational and financial value drivers.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders.
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- Experience in investment analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- A proactive approach to identifying and delivering operational efficiencies.
