About this team
The Retail Brand Experience (RBE) channel is a core function of ANZ Brand & Community team, with a sharp focus on elevating brand and product stories that uniquely define lululemon across a dynamic network of physical retail touchpoints. This team plays a critical role in shaping how guests experience the brand in-store, ensuring every moment is intentional, immersive, and aligned with lululemon’s purpose and values.
A day in the life
The In Store Marketing Specialist (ISM Specialist) focuses on in-store marketing within Retail Brand Experience and works cross-functionally to deliver the best guest experience within the market. The ISM Specialist reports into the Retail Brand Experience Manager and delivers the physical expression of the brand and product through storytelling to create consistent, compelling and conversion-driving experiences that resonate deeply with lululemon’s guests.
- Supports in creating content for quarterly VM strategies and resources, working in partnership with local product and brand teams to bring brand direction to life.
- Supports the execution of retail marketing campaigns using the physical environment as a story telling platform. In partnership with RBE Manager this role works with global and regional RBE and Brand teams to localize and bring to life directives.
- Work in close partnership with RBE Manager to Manage market campaign planning, timeline and execution through to review.
- Owns and maintains ISM Master Documents
- Supports in managing relationships with external vendors and production partners ensuring flawless completion from execution to campaign removal.
- Own and manage quarterly destination label ordering working with relevant product partners to ensure alignment
- Support and own the O &O hording and signing ordering and new hardware and fixture implementation.
- Co-host the VM Specialist call.
- Create and deliver directives and toolkits to ensure consistent campaign execution across regions stores and teams empowering teams to bring to life campaigns with clarity and intention.
- Provides recaps and creative support on regional ISM test & learn strategies
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in visual merchandising, merchandising or brand story telling role
- Fashion/Visual Merchandising degree or diploma an asset
- Highly developed aesthetic, sense of style and trend knowledge
- Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, visual, written and verbal
- Knowledge in Adobe Suites and Microsoft programs
- Proven ability to lead and work effectively through others
- Passion for the shopping experience and visual merchandising
- Entrepreneurship – an ability to make decisions and take calculated risks
- Willingness to travel (domestic and international) and work on the retail floor
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store(s) is located
- Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods
