The Company

This entrepreneurial and growing Australian food manufacturing business in a short time is already home to some of the country's most iconic and innovative brands. Proudly Australian-owned, they combine the agility of a start-up with the scale of a major national player with some ambitious growth targets that a significant capital plan will be critical in achieving. - Lead planning, execution, and delivery of major capital works projects within time, scope, and budget.
- Oversee all aspects of project execution, including design, implementation, and risk management.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, resourcing, and updates to key stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal and external project resources to ensure alignment and delivery.
- Lead EPCM (engineering, procurement, construction management) activities with rigour.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety requirements.
- Facilitate detailed design reviews, risk assessments (including HAZOPs), and contractor inductions.
- Drive knowledge transfer to operations and maintenance teams.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and share key learnings across the business.
- Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement in project teams.

Your Background

- A recognised degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong project management skills with proven delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Deep understanding of EPCM project delivery methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Expertise in managing contractors, resources, and multiple project stakeholders.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and HSEQ systems in capital works.
- Financial acumen and ability to manage and forecast budgets effectively.
- Training in Lean, Six Sigma, or Prince2 (highly regarded).
- A collaborative mindset and strong alignment with business values.
