What You Will Be Doing:

- Assisting the Project Lead with establishing systems, platforms, and processes for error-free project management.

- Supporting setup and management of event technology, including Events Air and OnAir.

- Maintaining accurate files, budgets, and timelines to meet deadlines and budgets, including attrition and cancellation policies.

- Briefing departments on project requirements—technical, creative, venues, entertainment, travel, etc.

- Communicating effectively with all project stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate:

- Degree qualified, preferably in event management.

- Knowledge of major suppliers, MICE products, and destinations.

- Understanding of project management processes and standards.

- Passion for project management within the event industry.
